This was the very first time I had EVER ordered anything from anywhere besides a very well known site (Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, etc). It was also the very first time I ordered from a pet website or pharmacy. I was definitely a "greeen-horn." My computer wasn't playing nicely the day I ordered, so I did ene up having to call in. Very short wait time + very knowledgeable employee (maybe a vet tech? + additional percentage off for the site having issues = I FOUND A COMPANY THAT CARES ABOUT YOUR PET, YOU, AND THEIR RAPPORT as well. They had the best pricing for what is considered to be fairly expensive, especially in a 6 months supply. They took care of everything just as they promised and kept me updated with each status change! I received my order in the mail this past week- a week sooner ( thank you to my vets office for a quick response and this pharmacy) than anyone thought. His monthly dose is due Friday this week and we are all set!! IF YOU WANT PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT YOUR CRITTERS AS MUCH AS YOU DO, THEN THE ANSWER IS: YESSSSSS!!! I like that this covers ticks, fleas, AND heartworms. It does the job better than the topicals (which don’t work at all in my opinion). We live in the south so getting all 3 covered is very important for us.

The medicine was good, however I am going to cancel my on going subscription because of the price I was charged. I can buy this same meds at my vets office cheaper than the $222. you charged me. Like I said the meds were good and service was quick on time but I need to save a few bucks anywhere I can anymore, so please remove me from auto ship. Aletha Simkonis

I was hesitant to purchase from this site. But I did place an order. I ordered wrong prescription, called back and representative I spoke with, quickly fixed the issue and reassured me it would be taken care of.

This is my first order from Entirely Pets and I can tell you they we're great. They had a small issue with the prescription from my vet but with one call they took care of everything. This item appears to do what it is advertised to do. Unfortunately, it is very expensive.

I have a hairless dog who is sensitive and this medication works well. He doesn't develop any rashes and I have not seen any fleas or ticks. EntirelyPets has been very helpful dealing with my Vet.

We have been using Trio for years per Vet recommendation. We have woods in our backyard and never have an issue with ticks or fleas. The only issue we had was the pricing from Entirely Pets. When they advertise a certain percentage off even though it says "Sitewide" they do not honor the discount. They say exclusions apply. So then why say sitewide?

Quick, efficient treatment for flea and heartworm and ticks. One pill, no fuss. Recommended by our vet since our Bernese Mountain Dog was a pup and no issues.

It is a great 3 and 1 pill once a month and a has no problem with it and he eats it right up.

I am happy with the product and the service. I do wish they could do without all the added 'stuffing' in the box (ads, sales, etc) and maybe charge a little less or shipping. Also, putting the foil blister pack in a pill bottle to send me every month so I can take it out of the pill bottle and give it, is VERY wasteful. There is no need for the pill bottle, especially a PLASTIC one. Bad for the environment, not needed for sending the item out, and probably something that contributes to the higher cost/shipping charge.

I had a 1 year prescription for Simparica Trio, with another company, of which I had only used 6 months worth, Entirely Pets had it much cheaper but the other company told me they wouldn't transfer the remaining prescription and to call my vet. My vet said they couldn't give me a new prescription until the original year was up. I let Entirely Pets know all this and they stepped right in and got the prescription very quickly and sent it out very quickly. Very happy!!!!!
