Great Customer Service from Michael Cornejo

				I thought my order was not shipped or it got lost in the mail.  I used the "Chat" feature from Entirely Pets Pharmacy and text-chatted with Michael Cornejo. He told me the day my product was shipped and the tracking information. When I told him I did not receive it and it was almost two weeks late, he said that he would initiate a claim with USPS.  I was so upset that I did not have my order.  He kept reassuring me that it would all be worked out quickly and that he would help me get a satisfactory solution. I asked Mr. Cornejo to wait while I check one last time with my husband about the delivery.  He said, "No problem.  He would get everything together to initiate a claim.  My husband and I went through our Christmas packages that arrived from a couple of different carriers during the previous two weeks, and in the pile was a package from USPS.  Upon closer inspection, I realized it was from Entirely Pets Pharmacy!!  I went back to the chat and told Mr. Cornejo.
