I'm a groomer & I use this for my dogs that swim. And recommend for the owners to use it after they swim too!It has boric acid which has a drying effect.

This product smells a bit like vomit. The first bottle I got was horrible smelling and very cloudy. The seller was nice enough to send me a replacement (I didn't see their message so it had been over a month), they stated the product should not smell like that or be cloudy. The second bottle I received (replacement) also smelled, but not as bad, and was also cloudy. It didn't seem to hurt my dogs ears, I honestly think the aloe makes it cloudy and that may also be the smell that's going on.

This helped keep my dogs and rabbits ears clean. Several of rabbits were prone to ear mites and I use this wash every two weeks and now they are completely clean and healthy in their ears.

Looking for a decent ear rinse that doesn't cost a fortune and i found one!

It smells very perfumed, other reviews mentioned this, I should of listened, itâ€â"¢s too much scent. It seemed to remove dirt from 3 year olds ear, but it burned and irritated where she had scratched her ear. The one year old hated it also. I took them both to the vet as they began holding their ears funny and were hot to the touch…was given a different ear wash/dry/antibiotic antifungal all in one ear product, plus antibiotics. Sassy absolutely hates going to the vet. (See pic) This is not the right product for our family. The return window closed or never existed. It was a three bottle pack unfortunately. The bottles are well designed to insert the medication. However, after this experience the dogs run when they see a similarly shaped bottle and hide. Theyâ€â"¢ve lost trust

Very good deal my vet wanted to charge 15 for one bottle and this comes with 3. Works very well for cleaning dog ears especially with sand from the beach. Amazing smell!!

This seems to help the ears, but the perfume smell is WAY too strong and lingers for a long time. If you want your dog to smell like they are wearing a strong, cheap perfume while helping their ears, maybe this is a good choice. I'm not a fan of the smell!

The cleaner worked great and left my puppy with clean ears and smelling great! I warmed the bottle in hot water first!

Have been using for 5 years in my Coton de Tulear's ears and he has never had any ear issues.

If you've got a dog that loves the water, you should have this on hand. Labs and goldens (and other water loving breeds) seem to trap water in their ears and the resulting infections are not fun (sometimes painful and can cause seizures) and smell really bad. This stuff flushes out excess water and accumulated ear wax and other water-borne schmutz that collects in the folds inside the ear, dries quickly, moisturizes and leaves a pleasant scent. After a swimming session or a bath, I squirt in a teaspoon or so straight into my Milo's ear canal, and he shakes the excess right out, leaving a nice clean ear canal, dry after about an hour. I've always got Otiderm handy.

No complaints.

Always used this brand and love it! Cleans debris well from the ear canal, and dries well. The natural ones just don't seem to get the job done as well as this one!

Great product for regular ear cleansing. Well tolerated by the eight dogs I've used it on. Leaves a pleasant smell when dry. Vet says 'these are the cleanest ears I've ever seen'.

I have 3 labradoodles and they swim in our pool everyday. We use this ear cleanser/dryer in our dogs ears everytime they go swimming to keep them from getting ear infections and it has worked well for us for years. Great Product

This is the third shipment that I have made of this product.. It's cheap and it works very well.. Our chessie is constantly getting ear infections and this magic cleans it up in a few days.. And it smells wonderful.Buy it and you'll be quite satisfied.

Our 12 year old shep has had ear problems for a long time. There was another product that we used that was discontinued by the manufacturer. We used the Otiderm and is has done the same nice job with cleaning and deodorizing.

I would not recommend this due to way too smelly. Its an awful smell, like cheap and STRONG smelling perfume.The only reason I purchased is because it seemed like such a good deal. I've been using Oti-Clens which cost more but has no odor and works well. My vet quit stocking it so thought I'd try this..... big mistake.I'm ordering the Oti-Clens as soon as I'm finished with this review.Amazon stocks it too.

I bought this because our 7 yr old Lab was having problems hearing & the Vet in our town couldn't seem to "find" anything wrong. My brother is a better Vet than the one here, he let me know that the ear canal on dogs can be clogged or waxy down further than the Vet can "see", unless they Ultra Sound the head or take x rays. So I started using this and it is helping some, but she will be having a dental procedure done soon and we're having them prob further and find out exactly WHAT is causing her hearing to be bad. Super good ear wash tho!!!!!

My dog used to scratch her ears frequently after bathing. This product is easy to apply and stops scratching and as added bonus, her ears smell good

One of my beagles has ear issues. I've seen three vets and they all say the same thing: clean his ears daily with such-and-such brand solution (which they all happen to carry at an extremely marked-up cost). His ears do need cleaning, but I've found just about every brand solution out there to either make his condition worse or just out right stinks! OTIDERM is the exception. The label claims that it "Cleans, dries, deodorizes, acidifies, and contains aloe vera." Okay. It seems like all that is true. Bottom line: it works, it's (relatively) inexpensive, and it really has a pleasant scent.Cleaning dog ear: yuck! But at least with Otiderm there is a pleasant scent and it doesn't sting (either of us)!
