I have used Entirely Pets in the past for flea meds but the turnaround time and lack of response to my multiple emails this time were beyond terrible. My dog went weeks without his meds. I will go back to Chewy.

We had tried the combination drug of Nexgard and Heartgard, but my dog would not take it without force. The taste must be different than the seperate drugs.

they sent me stuff that's gonna expire before i get through with it...even though when i placed my order, i specifically asked them not to do that. when i followed up via email to find out why, they simply stonewalled me.

I’ve been shopping with Entirely Pets for several years. I’ve found there priced very reasonable. I learned a long time ago it was foolish to get your pet products from the veterinarian. Although, they give me 10% off the cost is still not as reasonable as Entirely Pets. I also purchase Serenity flea collars from them. I make one call to their friendly staff and the purchase arrives in 3-4 days. I only go to the veterinarian when necessary. Please try their personal website.

Item was ordered on April 18 along with another item. One item was shipped, the Heartguard was out of stock and back-ordered. After two more weeks, I contacted EntirelyPets and was told it would be shipped "next week". Nothing happened! Today, I called again and was told it would be shipped later this week. I am very disappointed for the non-existing flow of information from EntirelyPets regarding a medication that required a prescription and therefore must be considered important to a pet owner. We have used Heartgard for many years with all our dogs. Our dogs love the fact that it seems like a treat to them instead of medicine. Easy to use, once a month and more economical than other heartworm medications.

I put this order in and it required vet approval - the order total was $96 and I was charged $137. I have tried for 2 days to contact the Entirely Pets customer service phone number and was never able to get through. At this point I am frustrated and not sure why the order was overcharged.

I have used this product for many years. It is no longer carried by our vet, so I was delighted when I found it available at Entirely Pets Pharmacy. I much prefer giving my pets oral vs topical heartworm protection. With oral medication, I can be sure they get the drug rather than hope it absorbs through their skin and doesn't just stay on their fur.

Heartguard has been our choice for all our dogs now and in the past that we have owned and loved. It has also done its job and our terrier loves the flavor so there isn't any fighting or convincing her to take it she looks forward to it and it makes it easier for us at our age. We will continue to purchase the product at the name brand formula.

During covid I was trying to find shippable alternatives because the vet visits were more difficult at the time. He was on this for 2 months and my pup is known to each random things every now and then. Normally he gets the runnys for a day and done. While on heartgard plus, he got a tapeworm. His vet gave him something to flush it out. He was not feeling well for a couple weeks. Poor thing. Check your dog's poop. It's the answer to everything. So if your dog has a habit or something eats leftover rotted whatever, chances are your doog may get a tapeworm, and heartgard plus won't help prevent that.

Dogs love it! And it has worked well preventing heartworm.
