Missing item from order. I called 5 days in a row. On hold for over 30 minutes each time. I first sent them an email asking if they could please send missing item as soon as possible. After not hearing back, I sent several more emails asking them to just refund my money. Finally received an email saying they received my email but it would take up to 10 days for them to reply. Not that is would up to 10 days for refund. JUST for them to reply. Still haven’t heard back. Trying to be patient with current state of affairs but, when your dog needs meds on the first of every month and you can’t get them and no one seems to care, it’s frustrating.

This is second time lve ordered from this company.First time everything was excellent l did it all on line.Got items in correct time was great prices .l shopped around on line and they have the best prices and discounts.We can use that these days good prices good service.Second time l could not get my order to go thru on line had to call in my order.Took me 2 days to get thru on the phone they were very bizzy (corona virus April2020) so l understood how they were so bizzy.Agent gave me additional discount than l already was getting for my inconvience so that made me very happy.Should have had it in 5-10 days but did not .Recalled them on this and it was just sitting there and had not been sent out for no reason.So they apoligized and sent it out l got it in 7 days.So over all this company is good l think they were over welmed with orders at that time and thats why the mess up on my order getting shipped l really didnt mind overall l really like this company for price you cant beat it Doris ,Lapine Oregon

Order a years' supple of the Heartworm medicine. Vet only authorized 6 months until an exam was done. Appointment was 2 months away. Explained to Customer service to hold the order until after the appointment till the vet authorized. They placed me on their calendar and held the order until AFTER the appointment. Very easy to work with and extremely customer service oriented. Thank you!
