This is perfect! I have a very picky eater German Shepherd and she absolutely adores these. She was never motivated by any treats I've given her before beside Blue Wilderness which are $15.99 a pack at my local pet shop. However, she has never shown such excitement to eat anything the way she has shown excitement for these training treat. I bought both the Wild Salmon and Hickory Smoked Beef and she goes nuts for both. I'm so please that I order 3 more bags the very same day and will continue to order frequently!

My dog Luigi is getting older and does not chew his treats like he used to. Sometimes they did not digest well and gave him an upset stomach. I bought one bad to try. I have already ordered two more. Easy on the tummy for an older dog.

Can't believe how incredibly cheap these training treats are! My puppy loves them, and they have a strong smell that really gets her attention. She is only about 5 pounds, so I can easily break them up into smaller pieces. I wish that they made these in even smaller (grain of rice) size pieces so I didn't have to get them all over my hands when pulling them apart.

They are small and yes it's a gamble if your dog will eat them; I tried giving it to 4 of an aquatinces dogs and they didn't want any, I tried my rottweiler mix and no, finally my jack russell terrier loved them! Whew, they won't end up in the garbage.

The dogs love these and they are good for them to eat. I like these as I use them when working with the dogs in order to reinforce positive behavior. I like the fact the dogs like the flavor and the dogs are very receptive to eating these. These are not large size treats so a large dog will eat in one bite, but they like them. I recommend, dogs recommend and I will be buying again

These are great treats when the quality is on. They're stinky (i.e. great for training) and not too big, but not too small. Lately, though, I've been getting bags that are really dried out. The ones I got the first few times were super moist, but the more recent ones are kind of dried out and crunchy on the outside. They don't smell off and haven't made my dog sick (although he is a living garbage disposal), but they're clearly either a little old or not being stored properly, so I hope that gets fixed. Also, I really wish the price would not fluctuate so wildly! Most of the time, they are $1.99--I snap up a few bags at this point. Other times, they shoot up to $5.50 or $7.99! That seems like an Amazon problem, not the fault of the treats, but beware of that because they are not worth that price.

They had a weird smell and I wasn't sure the dogs would like them, but all 3 of our German shepherds (including on who is very picky) loved these and even the cats had a few bites!

These are a hit with my dogs. They are smelly (seaweed content) but easy to handle and not greasy. They're soft and break up easily.

Yes that's right...I bribe my dog to to come to me! I praise my 1-year old pup like she just won the Nobel Prize all the time, and we practice the COME command everyday, but let's be honest here, once outside, my dog has the attention span of a 1-year old pup! Even the most well-behaved dogs need some incentives, so having Lil' Bitz Wild Salmon + Kelp Training Treats on me is the single most reliable guarantee I have my dog will respond every time and anywhere I call out her name. My pup would drop whatever shenanigans she's engaged in & come to me immediately...sometimes along with other dogs. These are overall good! My pup enjoys them, perfect size for training. I just hate the smell.

I use these for training and nail trimming time - my pup absolutely loves them. We've been using them since we adopted him at 4 months old, he's a year old now and still gets excited when he sees the bag. As soon as he sees it he automatically sits! They're soft and easy to pinch in half for a tiny taste of a treat if you're training a smaller pup. The bag is resealable so they stay fresh, and there's quite a few in the bag. Great value.

They are ok as general treat, but do not do the trick as training treat. A training treat would need to provide more motivation for the dog which this one does not do, at least this is the situation with our 11 months old Doberman puppy. It might work with yours better. The items is not expensive, thus, using it as every day snack here and there is ok too, but don't expect your dog to show high motivation to get the treat.

I was looking for some SOFT treats for my 5 lb shih Tzu. Sometimes I would crumble the treats and put it in her food. My Envy is a VERY picky eater and she seems to enjoy these little soft chews. For the price it's FANTASTIC and I'm so happy I found these. They really smell like it's smoked beef 🥩

They get excited when they are delivered and can smell it through the packaging. They are perfect small training size bites and smell strong and are chewing so they don't just swallow them whole.

Great product! I definitely recommend. I have 3 dogs and they love these. I have ordered them several times. Their favorite flavor is the wild salmon and kelp. I have two 11 yr old small dogs and a very large puppy, he's a little over a year old. They know they get 2 when they come in. They all come in and wait by the door for their treat. I also use them training the puppy.

These are great reinforcing good behavior with my Morkie. They're easy to break into smaller pieces without crumbling, which I love. He really likes them but not the extent they're distracting (I've had problems with that before... lol) Will purchase again.

I recently enrolled my dog in a basic manners class. She was getting bored of the regular biscuits I was giving her, and these work as great treats that are higher in value so she's more receptive to commands when using them. Highly recommend, I will be buying more. Wish they came in bigger bags!

I used this to train my dog to sit from a Furbo. It did not give 1:1 reinforcement, but it gave 0:3 when throwing them by pushing the treat button on my phone. Dog loves them. I assume the flavor tastes good to my dog. This is a pretty pricey treat for the amount one receives, but my dog loves them.

These are awesome. Super soft, easily broken in half without crumbling or getting it gross. GREAT for kids to use! I've taught them (8 & 11yo) to smoosh/roll the treat into a sort of Tootsie roll shape. This allows them a little extra room between them and sharp puppy teeth. Very reasonably priced and for our (great dane) puppy we haven't had any GI issues with these either!

All three of my dogs love these treats. 10lb yorkie/bichon, 15lb Boston terrier, and 75 lbs pit bull all will do anything for these little nuggets of goodness. Makes training a breeze. Smells like jerky, moist but not sticky, size is a little bigger than a pea. I've bought a number of bags and will continue purchasing as long as price stays reasonable.

We got these in our "puppy pack" when we picked up our new puppy. We realized the other treats we bought for her were chewier than expected, not so great for training. So, we tried these and she absolutely loved them immediately. We use these and plain boiled chicken for her training. These treats are really easy to break up so we can control the size of her treats. They do leave a slight residue on our fingers but that will be the case for any treat you are handling. Plus, the price is amazing for these! Great for if you're on a budget but I'm also genuinely surprised they are not more expensive.My only qualm is that I do wish these were lower calorie. They are 4 calories per treat and I prefer that my training treats are only 1 calorie. However, as I mentioned, these treats are easy to break up into bits and "portion control," so to speak.

Thought they'd be bad considering the few recent reviews but the dogs liked it. It's easy to mold and I could see it be used as a pill pocket.
