I started receiving this product through your company after several years of getting from another due to a vet change. I resigned myself to paying more due, which included paying for shipping. The place I previously got it from did not charge shipping at all, and sent it in a small sealed Rx mailer sleeve thing, inside a small padded envelope. You send it in an actual Rx pill bottle, in a box, with all kinds of extra, wasteful, nonsense. I definitely think there is room for improvement in this area that would be better for you, your customers, and the environment. The waste you create with your current way is shameful. The product itself and all is good. I am happy with that. But I think you could reduce the shipping costs, and waste, but looking into some changes for your packaging and shipping methods. Thank you.

This is a great product to treat fleas,ticks,and heart worm. The only problem is my great Dane will not chew them. I have to cut each pill into four pieces and mix it in her food.

Started using this on my 2 dogs about 3 months ago. They take it so coaxing and it's fairly small!

Overall a good product. No issues with shipping. No negative side effects for my 4 month old puppy. The pill is hard and not a soft chew. I have to crush it for my puppy.

My dog has allergies and every time he took other flea, tic and heartworm medicine he would get sick to his stomach. This medication is great because it treats all three of the above problems and he does not get sick! Love it!
