Got my dog's medicine very quickly and ordering was pretty straightforward.

Obviously I like this product because it keeps my dog's eye healthy, but very frustrated with the tube! Twice now it's broken on the sides letting the gel leak out, and it's wasted most of the product. One tube should last me 3ish months, but it's only been a month and I have to get a new one. Very annoying just because it's so expensive!

I have Been ordering from them for a while. This past order I guess because they change the computer screens or something on your ordering my order seem to be delayed for a while and finally they had the tracking number sent to me and I was able to track it but are there and then that one problem they’ve been great

Optimmune helps my 14-year old pug’s chronic dry eye. The vet’s instructions are to use it twice daily, indefinitely. It’s pricey $50-$65 for such a small 3.5 gram tube!

I previously ordered this medication from a compounding pharmacy. It was oil based eye drops and seemed to provide more relief for my dogs chronic dry eye. This is more expensive and less effective but it is all I can find.

My dog had to have this medication for his eyes. There is no alternative and without it he would be miserable. It’s is expensive and in no longer eligible for the 15% discount. My vet has to fax it multiple times to the company and then weeks later I get an email if I don’t receive my shipment in the next day or two to call. I call and am told it is on back order. I have to find another reliable source for this medication because I can’t depend on your company.

My vet charges nearly double for this! It has done wonders for my dog's eyes - fixing his dry-eye problems.

My doxy has very dry eyes. The vet has ordered optimmune for life both eyes. The tubes are very small, even has a lot air pockets , so I go through 2 tubes a month. I'm only on retirement income. Entirely Pets Pharmacy enables me to afford this for my doxy. More convenient with auto delivery too!

Given the eye ointment we purchase for our dog requires a prescription, the ordering process, including communication with out local vet's office, is seamless.

This prescription was literally 50% of what my veterinary clinic charged for the same medicine. My dog has to take it for chronic eye infections and I will get all future refills from Entirely Pets.

It's the best deal on Optimmune.

Product is fine, but expensive for such a tiny tube.(tube is about half full). I was told by a dog rescue group that it was highly recommended that I continue applying this ointment. The vet that prescribed Optimmune said the chances were high that my new dog would eventually go blind if I didn't keep applying it. I do want to mention that when I placed my order, there seemed to be a glitch in the transaction between Entirely Pets and my vet. Seems my vet's office never received the fax order even though I got an 'Order Placed' email back. Took several calls to get it straightened out. Same thing happened again to my recent order for Comfortis.

I was told by my vet that this gel would help keep my dogs eye from drying out. I have been using it for almost 2 months and it seems to be working. Thanks

My yorkie-poo has dry eyes and we put optimuum drops in twice per day. It keeps her eyes lubricated and controls the mucus.

Our dog has been ointment 3 times and did not work for our dog we found another medicine that worked better at another place alot cheaper and for medicine that did absolutely nothing for alittle tube for that price I would not pay for it. But every dog is different just like people.our dog needed the medicine in both eyes . Plus with the other medicine we did not need a script we just seen from what last drops he was on and then they told us work for us

The tubes that I received are suppose To be 3.5 grams and yet once opened, half the tube is empty. I really disappointed because I have gotten this medication from our Vet and never had this issue. The price was better then theirs, but knowing now that you get less product in the tube it’s about the same cost in the end.

My English Bulldog was diagnosed with dry eye and the medicine was very expensive for me but I found out it was a lot more affordable at EntirelyPets. I put medicine as directed and he is doing much better.
