It worked great but the tubes are small and expensive. Unfortunately its the best option we were able to find. EntirelyPets helped out by having the lowest price I could find.

My vet suggested I check out online pharmacies to see if I could find a better price. She said her price was better than another popular online pet company, but she felt I could do better. I went back to EntirelyPets and found an excellent price with the discount on the Optimmune ointment. It came out to $47 per tube versus my vet’s $58. My vet recommended that I use this ointment on my 13 year old pug's eyes. I use it daily (once altho my vet recommended twice) and it keeps his eyes from drying out. It helps and seems to soothe his eyes.

Optimmune worked immediately to stop the thick goop and dry clumping mess in my precious girl's eyes. It is an excellent product in my opinion. The tube is tiny but what is inside really works. We have used a couple different products the veterinarian sold to us but then I asked him to write a script for Optimmune since he did not carry it and my sweet girl felt better almost immediately. Yes, the eyes still run but less so nor is there any dry crusty mess.

My dog needs Optimmune for his eyes for the rest of his life. When the vet charged me, it was $69 for a small tube. It lasted about two weeks. I went to Costco and it cost $57 for a tube. I found the three pack at Entirely Pets for $147 and I could get it on an automatic shipment so I jumped at it. The young lady on the phone helped me do the order and sent it to my vet. After approval, the shipment came in 3 days. They emailed me at every point. I’m very pleased with Entirely Pets and may order Other meds from them. ❤️🤗

Our dog’s animal ophthalmologist prescribed Optimmune to treat both of his eyes. He is a Boston Terrier and the breed is known for eye problems. His eyes have greatly improved. Got my dog's medicine very quickly and ordering was pretty straightforward.

Obviously I like this product because it keeps my dog's eye healthy, but very frustrated with the tube! Twice now it's broken on the sides letting the gel leak out, and it's wasted most of the product. One tube should last me 3ish months, but it's only been a month and I have to get a new one. Very annoying just because it's so expensive!

I have Been ordering from them for a while. This past order I guess because they change the computer screens or something on your ordering my order seem to be delayed for a while and finally they had the tracking number sent to me and I was able to track it but are there and then that one problem they’ve been great

Optimmune helps my 14-year old pug’s chronic dry eye. The vet’s instructions are to use it twice daily, indefinitely. It’s pricey $50-$65 for such a small 3.5 gram tube!

I purchase this eye ointment for my dog because the vet said he needs it for a condition called pannus. It gives him relief from the dryness in his eyes. I previously ordered this medication from a compounding pharmacy. It was oil based eye drops and seemed to provide more relief for my dogs chronic dry eye. This is more expensive and less effective but it is all I can find.

My dog had to have this medication for his eyes. There is no alternative and without it he would be miserable. It’s is expensive and in no longer eligible for the 15% discount. My vet has to fax it multiple times to the company and then weeks later I get an email if I don’t receive my shipment in the next day or two to call. I call and am told it is on back order. I have to find another reliable source for this medication because I can’t depend on your company.
