I realize that the whole world is on a tilt right now due to the Covid 19 situation, so I wasn’t surprised that my email regarding my order was never answered and that my two phone calls had me on hold for SO long. But, the prescription was finally confirmed with my veterinarian. Once that happened, my NexGard arrived fairly quick. I plan to use EntirelyPets again.
And a PS- once I finally reached a customer rep, they were extremely nice and caring.
