I've been feeding this to my 5 m/o puppy from the get go. She loves it as a meal, as a topper (I rotate between 3-4 different foods) and as training treats. The reason I'm giving only 3 stars is because I really don't like that Dr Marty makes no mention of the puppy formula on his website nor any of his advertisements or infomercials. I was even concerned whether this might be counterfeit food. I have contacted his company several times with questions about the puppy food and have never received a satisfactory response. The last reply from Dr Marty's customer service rep finally said "we are testing our small dogs formula on puppies"... Testing? Really?! All this is making me uneasy and I am transitioning to The Simple Truth Project freeze dried raw food instead (a lot less expensive as well!). Too bad, as my late senior dogs did very well on Dr. Marty's Nature's Balance and I was so excited when I first found the puppy formula for my new giant pup Comparing the ingredients between the adult and puppy foods, they are identical - except the puppy food has more calcium and iron, and includes Vitamin A and DHA. So it's probably legit, but how can I trust a product (food!!) if the manufacturer is not proudly standing by it? I will continue giving this as occasional treats until Dr Marty himself trusts this puppy formula enough to include it in his ads and on his website. (I have no complaints about Entirely Pets - fast shipping, etc.)

My new puppy loves this food. All my dogs use Dr Marty’s. It’s the best.

My 4 yorkies like the food, this is day 3 and still liking it. I have one that has pancreatitis and can't seem to get a straight answer if it's safe for her. She hasn't gotten sick at all. Her bowels are good also. I recommend this food and if your feeding your animals good food the cost is about the same, now I'm feeding my babies great food . Very satisfied .

We have been feeding our Puppy Dr. Marty’s natures blend healthy growth puppy food for about 1 1/2 months now. It is raw freeze dried which makes it very convenient for raw feeding. We usually order it from a pet store in our area but have also ordered it from Entirely pets if we want extra or if the pet store’s shipping is delayed and have received it in a sufficient amount of time.

My GSD is a VERY picky eater. Adding this product as a topper has worked to get her to eat a little more consistently.

Our dog loves the food, but the charge for shipping is disgusting. It took me 3 calls to get them to remove shipping, when it was supposed to be free!

My little guy would not eat this. I tried on several occasions and he sniffed and walked away....So, I guess his rating is a "No!"

I know this stuff is extremely expensive but my dog loves it!!! After going thru constipation problems this is what helps keel her regular

My puppy absolutely loves Dr. Marty’s puppy food! I love that it’s all natural and contains no grains, fillers or preservatives!

We’re going to send it back our chihuahua won’t even eat it. She smells it and takes it out of the bowl and leaves it on the floor.

All I can say is Scup has had pancreatitis for over 7 years. At the age of 12 she had been sick and throwing up at least twice a week. After starting her on Dr Marty’s Freeze dried food, a 1/4 of a cup only a day, she hasn’t ben sick for 2 weeks. I’m so happy for her, and hope this continues. 🙏

We use these to train our 4 month old Pomipoo. They are very healthy and she loves the flavor. So happy we found them here at such a great price.

We really like this product especially the fact that it contains 30% freeze dried veggies for extra nutrition.

My puppy is 11weeks old and 18lbs. She absolutely loves this food. It’s expensive for a dog her size so I will eventually use it as a topper. It’s even good as a training treat. I can tell this food is a quality food her body utilizes all the nutrients. You can tell because her poops have decreased in amount.

I use this product as a treat for my Pomeranian and she LOVES them. I already had her on a vet prescribed eating plan because of stomach sensitivities, but using these as a natural treat, she does just fine, and I am so happy I came across this product!! 🥰 I tried a number of treats from the pet store and wasn’t able to find one that she liked and didn’t have an after affect!!

Great to find dehydrated raw kibbles for our elderly dog who has returned to being perky and full of energy - we forgot what it was to have a perky lab in the house. She use to lay and sleep most of the day. Now she is pestering us to go toss her toss toy in the yard, brings me her teddy bear to do a gentle tug of war, next as I relax to crochet or knit, I get a wet rubber ball dropped in my lap and get barked at to get up and play. So wonderful to have a 70 pound puppy again. It has to be the food because that was the only change we made.

It took me a long time to find a dog food my Maltese would eat on a regular basis. We have way less hunger strikes and his food no longer go to waste.

My pup really likes this one. Same ingredients as the regular one. Maybe because morsel smaller. You can't go wrong with this raw food. And it's safe freeze dried food. Try it, your pup may fall in love with it too!

My dog sometimes is a little picky. I mix this in his food just a little at a time. He eats this and leaves the other food behind. I gave this to him without anything else and he just loves it. I will probably mix with his regular food for awhile because it's a bit expensive for such a small bag. The ingredients are great and overall it's so healthy for him. I will continue to buy!

We love the active vitality senior food. MY dog 🐕 is especially fond of it.

They seem to like the food. I think the change from their usual mostly canned food has caused them to have overly soft stools. Hopefully this will end soon. Other than that its very expensive

After trying a number of different products (without any luck), I FINALLY found something my Yorkie would eat! He loves Dr. Marty Natures Blend!! It's been a lifesaver - literally! He wouldn't eat anything else and I thought he would starve to death. Not a problem anymore. He's doing great! Thank you sooo much!

We have a very picky senior Chihuahua that we struggle to keep interested in any food (we have tried A LOT). Until we found this food. We received our first order within a few days of ordering, and thought our prayers had been answered ! He loved this food. Not a single day did he turn up his nose and walk away from his food. Not once ! Since we ordered two small bags the first time in order to see which he preferred (he loved both the small dog and the senior vitality, equally), I re ordered a large bag of the senior vitality when we were down to just one bag. And then it never came. I sent multiple emails asking if there was a problem, heard nothing back. It's been over a month, and i just received a shipping notice that the food we ordered is on it's way. I had already given up that we would ever see it (we had yet to be charged for it) ! Like I said, our dog loves it, and is the ONLY reason I didn't cancel the order, but, in the meantime, we have been struggling, again, to get this dog to eat ! Home cooked chicken, meat, nothing worked. I guess my only advice is to try and figure out WAY ahead of time what you will need, and order in anticipation of a long wait time for delivery. NO ONE should wait so long for an order, especially with no communication from the company. The food itself gets FIVE stars; customer service is AWFUL. Therefore, I would not recommend it to my friends. But I will tell them of our experience, and let them decide for themselves (no denying the quality of the product).

My dogs do well on this food. My only issue is with the manufacturer's packages. The resealable strip always fails making it necessary to put in contents in another container.

I have a very fussy chihuahua and she likes no dog food including this one. I was hoping she would but it's a no go with her.

Unbelievable and my pets are healthy too! They love this food and are ALL waiting anxiously for their meal! I have a Blue Corgi and 2 dachshunds which the smallest one is Very finicky and will not eat unless I feed her by hand. At first she was hesitant and gave me a side eye and smelled the aroma and she Dove into the food like they was no tomorrow! Very happy healthy pets and All Love Dr Marty Food! I have an 8 yo Cairn terrier. He is healthy except for elevated bile salts. I have been feeding him Royal Canin. I started using De. Marty’s freeze dried food as a supplement, on top of this Royal Canin. He is noticeably more active and alert. I recommend this product.

this is the second bag of dried food that i have ordered I am finishing up the first bag then will start on this. I have a Wire Haired Fox terrier and use the food as a topper for her.

My little dog is not picky about this food! It has made her coat softer and she’s not itching. Plus she seems to have more energy! I also do foster for a Chihuahua rescue and give dr martys as a topper for the fosters. I can’t afford to feed it to them totally. It improves their coat and their digestion.

Love the product. It was an easy change over to this as I first started out with a few bites for each of my two little friends. Than that's all they wanted.

Product is fine but you never let me know when you were going to ship or that is was shipped. If I order from Dr Marty's directly, they keep me posted all the way to my door.

I have an older dog with some missing teeth. She likes her hard food but it’s getting increasingly difficult for her to chew. I didn’t want to go to the soft squishy canned food. This freeze dried food is perfect. It’s easier for her to chew AND has great nutrition for little aging body.

This is the 1st time I tried Dr Marty Small Breed Dog Food. I wanted to incorporated another food into her diet to give her a variety. She has a sensitive stomach, so I have to be extra careful what I feed her. She had no adverse reaction to the food and seems to love it. I will be ordering again.

My 120 pound German Shepherd is taking pepcid for digestive issues as instructed by my vet. He still had some bad days. In addition, he has some allergy issues. I had him on a grain free diet (Orijen) but finally made the decision to go the raw diet route. I gave it to my last German Shepherd and it worked wonderfully for her. The only reason I didn't feed raw to this shepherd was because I am now retired and I was hoping to avoid the expense of raw. However, in the end my dog is WORTH THE EXPENSE!!! He loves this food and his poops are 1/2 the size. I highly recommend this raw food, your dog is worth it.
