Cats gobble it down like a treat and urine pH is down to a healthy level
July 30, 2019
Using these to bring my renal cat's urine pH down. They do the trick perfectly. I use a pill cutter to halve then quarter the pills and it mostly works. I end up with a bit of crumbled pill in the bottom of the pill cutter, but i just sprinkle it over their food periodically and it gets eaten all the same. It does make a build-up of powder, so the pill cutter i was using is now dedicated to these and I got a second pill cutter to use for everything else.

lifesaving product
July 22, 2019
I have a 7 yr old chocolate lab that has been using this product for 5 yrs now. The best cranberry supplement out there and I have tried them all. She has urinary tract problems and has since birth. Before trying this product I spent thousands of dollars on UTI exams, testing, treatments, prescription medicine, etc. She has not been to the Vet for urinary problems in at least 4 yrs. She weighs 75lbs started with two a day for several months the gradually went to one a day. However, keep this product on hand at all times. I start to notice problems with her after only missing 3 days worth of cranberry.

Crumbles when cutting
June 1, 2019
I bought this because it was half the price of what I typically buy for my small dog. Unfortunately, because I need to use a pill cutter to divide the pill to get the dosage I need, the pill crumbles. The other brand of cranberry pills I have used before stay intact

Got my dog off expensive Urinary SO dog food!
April 26, 2019
My poor corgi. She kept getting UTIs and was forced to take this nasty smelling Urinary SO dog food. It honestly smells like pee. We tried to get her off by trying different types of dog food to no avail. Then we found this and tried again. It worked!! We give her half a tab with her food and she's never had a UTI since! She's a female corgi, 3 years old, 22lbs. I LOVE that she can eat normally again. It was such a pain to get that prescription dog food.On a side note, we were giving our dogs Organix dog food and they all got allergies. I think this company changed their brand. We're using Open Farm dog food brand now and I like what the company stands for. All dogs seem to be doing better.

Customer Service
March 2, 2019
I had a question about a color change in the cranberry tablets I was giving to my dog. At first I had difficulties reaching them by phone. But after emailing the manufacturer with a request to contact me, a dedicated customer service rep named Nelson who works for the tablet manufacturer (PetHealth Products), called me to discuss my question. He advised that they had fixed the phone issues, and then proceeded to be extremely helpful and attentive to my request. For those of you who use PetHealth to provide relief to your pets, I recommend you seek out Nelson in customer service to assist as necessary.

For Doggie with constant UTI problems
January 15, 2019
Has become my go-to supplement to help ward off frequent UTIs my dog was suffering. I had been using a powder-based supplement that I mixed into her food, but my vet recommended this brand brand and it seems to be working better than the powder.

Wonderful
October 24, 2018
EXCELLENT. Along with Amber Technology's UTI tincture, the Cranberry D-Mannose is my go-to for any UTI troubles my cats have. Since losing a cat years ago to a urinary tract blockage I've been able to sniff out any slight UTI trouble my cats may be developing almost right away. This brand of cranberry and d-mannose works wonderfully and all three of my cats love it. One of my cats will come running if he hears me open any bottle that sounds like the cranberry d-mannose bottle he loves it so much. The tablets are easy to break in half for half doses and can also be crushed to powder and hidden in pet's food for those who don't care to eat the tablet as a treat.100% Recommend this product.NOTE: Only use this as a 'treatment' if you know your pet is in the early stages of a UTI. If your pet is showing more advanced symptoms definitely consult your veterinarian. UTIs can turn serious, especially in male felines.

This cranberry D-Mannose has worked so well for my dog's urinary tract and bladder infection. I coupled it with the antibiotic from the vet and am happy to report my sweet little Corgi is all better. Seems to help my Squirt kitty with urinary tract infections (UTI). She had two and I was very concerned that this was going to be chronic. A friend told me about the cranberry supplement, and I'm on the 2nd bottle, now. Squirt LOVES the treats, which is wonderful--don't have to force feed!

Tablets are scored for small pets, unlike competitor
March 27, 2018
Did help reduce the pH of my dog's urine a bit, and no infection this time. Bigger, scored tablets are easier to use for small pets than the competing product by "Nutrition Strength", which may cost less per unit but there is more waste (See my review on that brand). If you have arthritic hands, you may need to use a knife to deepen the scoring before splitting, but at least I end up with less waste with this brand.

Had hope, which was dashed
February 1, 2018
Bought these to use with my corgi, whom had been experiencing some UTI issues. When I would see her starting to want to urinate more frequently, I would begin using these to try and prevent things from progressing and to nip it in the bud. These didn't help at all. She would get one tablet a day. She would willingly eat the tab though, no disguising necessary, so they must taste good. Too bad

December 27, 2017
This product was recommended by my veterinarian for my 16.5 y/o corgi. The corgi has had multiple UTIs over the past few months and we are hoping this will break the cycle. It has been too soon (only 4 days) to see if it will work long term. We are hopeful. She loves the tablets!

Great Product
December 6, 2017
Dog hasn't had a UTI since we began using this product prox. 4 months ago. Prior to that, she had a UTI every other week as a result of an inverted vulva. It is my understanding from her vet that the D-Mannose creates a barrier that prevents the bacteria from staying and forming in the bladder. Can't say enough good things about this product. IT WORKS!!!! and we no longer have to keep her on antibiotics.

Simply miraculous supplement!!!
August 22, 2017
OMG!!! This is a MIRACLE cure!!! My rescue dog female has suffered from recurring urinarty tract infections for years!!! I've been to several docs and spend thousands of dollars on all kinds of procedures and treatments with "0" success. My vet eventually gave on my dog because neither antibiotics nor vaginal flushes nor any other kind of treatments worked for my pup. My dog is now taking this supplement daily in conjunction with probiotics and she's also on a raw meat diet. I buy free range turkey, freeze it and mix it with honest kitchen vegetarian formula. No problems whatsoever with her downstairs. I'm so happy! Thank you so much!!!

I'm sure this would be great IF I could get them into him! But they're big and he doesn't like them even if I break them up or smash them and put them on his food. I've given up on them and now give him a chewy treat with cranberry and mannose instead.

She was happy to see that I had him on them
May 18, 2017
Honestly I can't say if it helped because my dog was on antibiotics at the same time...but it didn't hurt. I showed the Vet these cranberry supplements when she suggested getting him some as an adjunct to his antibiotics. She was happy to see that I had him on them. He loved the taste and thought it was a treat. I feel it helped in healing his stubborn bladder infections with blood and constant accidents.

Been giving my dog a half of a tablet crushed up in his meal daily. He is a 3 year old shih tzu. Haven't seen a problem with his urine lately. He doesn't like the Cranberry juice so this works better for him.Oh, make sure your dog has plenty to drink to flush out his urinary tract.

Saved my dog from reoccuring UTI's!
April 4, 2017
I have a male dog that kept developing UTIs. Frequent trips to the vet, urine cultures, additional tests, and antibiotics were not only expensive but stressful for my dog. He has a sensitive stomach and the antibiotics were really messing with him. I did some research and came across these pills. I decided to try them, not having great expectations but I figured they couldn't hurt. My dog eats them without any issues, almost like they are a treat. He's a foodie though and will eat almost anything. After starting him on these he went months without a single UTI. At one point I ran out of pills and didn't rush into buying more, he went a few weeks without these and, you guessed it, another UTI. I always make sure to keep them in stock now. My dog is 20 lbs and I give him one pill a day with a meal. He's had a check up/blood work since starting these and no issues. I'm pleasantly surprised how well these have worked and happy that my little buddy doesn't have to deal with being uncomfortable from UTIs anymore!

February 18, 2017
I returned this product because after more extensive research I discovered that cranberry was not well tolerated/metabolized by cats, so its unfair of me to give a low rating when I didn't properly use the product. I intend to re order plain D-Mannose in powder form, which I think would be more appropriate for my fur baby who has occasional UTI's.

I had my doubts about whether my cats would like the taste
February 10, 2017
I bought this product for my 2 elderly cats after reading the positive reviews online. It works exactly as described. I had my doubts about whether my cats would like the taste...I lost my doubts when I gave it to them for the first time. They devour it like it's a cat treat!

Better than antibiotics from a vet for us anyway
January 7, 2017
When I bought this last year I was running out of options. My eldest cat who was six nearing seven at the time had a severe urinary tract infection which was confirmed by a vet. The vet put her on some nasty antibiotics. She improved some but after going off the antibiotics quickly grew worse rapidly. In this case the vet was not particularly helpful and the antibiotics were highly expensive and fairly useless since the infection did not go away but grew worse with a vengeance after the end of the course of antibiotics. In desperation I bought these after looking at various over the counter options and trying different things and she at them readily as if they were a treat (note: I also pushed extra and frequent water with her using a syringe and would encourage her to go to the bathroom and watched her carefully). The combination of extra water plus these tabs really did the trick. She cleared up and I continued giving these to her until we used them up. If ever she gets that bad again I will likely re-order or possibly just re-order sometime in the future and give to her just as a preventative. I do recommend that when dealing with UTIs in cats or anyone push the water and try to encourage urination. It is vitally important as the water helps to flush out the infection. It might be painful but it is important. A supplement like these in addition also aids in the process of making the urinary tract inhospitable to the bacteria causing the infection.

Worked great to help my old dog's bladder infections!
January 5, 2017
My dog who is a 15 year old German Shepherd-Chow mix has been getting repeated bladder infections in the past few years. For the first few times we did rounds of antibiotics. Antibiotics seemed to temporarily resolve the issue but it would return months later. This caused some discomfort as well as incontinence for my old girl.I changed Veterinarians after a move and she recommended I try this product. We first did a course of antibiotics with my dog and then maintained bladder health with the Cranberry. We have been giving this to my dog for quite some time now and incontinence and repeated infections have ceased. Definitely worth seeing my old dog happy and healthy in her later years.

They Just Made The Infection Worst.
January 3, 2017
I am very disappointed with this product. Before buying it I read and investigated if it could actually help in such a good way as the other reviews said it would. In the end, after 3 weeks of giving my two cats half a tablet each day, they developed a UTI condition worst that they had before, one of them even had to be left in intensive care for three days. I showed our vet the tablets and she told me to stop administrating them because they may have accelerated or worsened the infection.

My blockage prone male cat loves these & hasn't had a blockage since starting them.
December 23, 2016
My cat has had 2 episodes of kidney blockage that required 2 weeks of hospitalized cathetarization (I call him the $4,000 cat). Vet said he was so bad he has gone thru 2 of his 9 lives. Since then, in addition to feeding only prescription food, I have added 1/2 of these pills to his diet. He is not an interactive cat, but he LOVES these. All I have to say is "treat" & he is there! Or if I walk into the kitchen he sits by the cabinet "hinting" if he hasn't gotten his daily dose. He knows he only gets 1 a day, so he's not a beggar. I don't have data to know if this is big reason for his last 2 years w/o another blockage, but since he loves them so much & he's been healthy, I wouldn't dare let my supply run out.

UTI treatment for Boston Terrier
December 9, 2016
Have a Boston Terrier 3yrs old about 17lbs. She would get bladder infections about every 4 months and went to vet for prescription meds. Bought this and and she has been UTI free for about 1 1/2 yrs now. I feed 1/2 dose in the morning and 1/2 in afternoon/evening. I don't think this dosage schedule matters, but this is the routine that is working right now.
